Shopjunglee believes in & we are committed to helping our customers as far as possible, and it has a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on Shopjunglee?
If you unfortunately have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Delivered damage and defective product
Wrong product delivered
Wrong color, size
Part of product missing
PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT NOT ACCEPT UNDER FOLLOWING RULES: –
Product is washed / damaged / worn
Part of missing delivered full product
Products must be in their original condition
Products that are sold as combos / sets, are not eligible for return / replacement as individual items
If, according to your opinion you own the product, this return reason is not acceptable
Replacements will be made on the basis of the availability of the product on the website
In this case, the product is non-refundable
We do not accept self-damaged products – because all products are first cross-verified though our quality checkers. In that case, if we find the damaged from the customer we can accept that the replacement or refund for the product.
After you have initiated return request through our website, kindly contact our customer support via email ([email protected]).
If the mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer support team will provide you a refund form which you need to fill in your bank account details. We will initiate NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. You may expect to receive a refund amount in 10 days.
In case of, any product you want to return to us, and at your location our return pick up service is not available in any courier partners, at that point the customer is responsible to return the product to our company.
